Advertising and Marketing Associate Professional

EGB Accountancy Limited is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Advertising and Marketing Associate Professional (SOC 3554) to join our growing firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activities to promote our accounting, tax, and financial consultancy services to a diverse client base.

In accordance with the SOC 3554 occupational framework, the appointee will perform the following duties:

• Campaign Management: Plan and coordinate advertising and marketing campaigns to promote the firm’s professional services across multiple channels.
• Market Research: Conduct detailed market analysis to identify potential new business opportunities and analyze competitor strategies within the UK accounting and finance sector.
• Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize the company’s digital presence, including social media management, SEO strategies, and professional content creation for the firm’s website.
• Material Development: Oversee the design and production of advertising materials, ensuring all content is compliant with financial marketing regulations and brand guidelines.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytical tools, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI).
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for external media agencies and internal departments to ensure marketing objectives are aligned with business growth targets.

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (RQF Level
  6) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• English Language: Must meet the UKVI English language requirement (minimum CEFR Level B1) for Skilled Worker sponsorship.
• Experience: Previous experience in marketing or advertising roles is preferred. Experience with in the financial or professional services sector will be considered a significant advantage.
