As Social Media and Affiliates Executive , you’ll be the heartbeat of the digital presence.

• Own and manage all social channels:
  Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and more.
• Create and publish engaging content that connects with their community.
• Respond to comments and messages, building real relationships with their audience.
• Collaborate with creatives to source and brief assets (photo, video, graphics).
• Track performance and tweak content to boost reach and engagement.
• Spot trends and keep the brand culturally relevant.

• Run Affiliate program, keeping partners active and supported.
• Recruit new affiliates, creators, and micro-influencers.
• Handle product seeding, content requests, and day-to-day comms.
• Monitor performance and suggest creative activations around drops and campaigns.

• 3–5+ years in social media and Affiliate Marketing.
• Experience creating and scheduling content across key platforms.
• Strong copywriting skills for short-form, engaging posts.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms like AWIN, Rakuten, Impact, etc.
• Basic content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Analytical mindset — you know how to turn data into action.
• Bonus points if you love the outdoors, sportswear, or performance culture.
