Marketing Manager

• Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, video, and other digital channels
• Produce promotional content, including graphics, copy, and short‑form videos
• Manage email marketing campaigns, tracking results and optimising performance
• Support brand awareness initiatives and B2C marketing strategies
• Collaborate with the Director to plan marketing calendars, priorities, and campaigns
• Analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Handle multiple projects independently, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

• Strong hands‑on marketing experience, ideally in B2C or consumer‑focused businesses
• Confident creating and delivering campaigns without needing a team to do the work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid experience with email marketing platforms, social media management, and basic video/graphic content creation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while taking direction from the Director
• Creative, organised, and proactive with a ‘get it done’ attitude
