Marketing Executive – Events

Interact Software is seeking a Marketing Executive – Events to attend and host high‑caliber events, both in‑person and virtual, to increase brand awareness and drive leads.

A Little About You
  • At least three years of event marketing experience
  • Proven track record of planning and hosting in‑person and virtual events
  • Ability to travel a few times a year is required
  • Understanding of lead generation and funnel metrics
  • Creativity and willingness to try new things a plus
  • Knowledge of end‑to‑end event planning processes, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on‑site execution
  • Familiarity with event marketing strategies and how they contribute to lead generation and brand awareness
  • Understanding of webinar and virtual event platforms, including setup, promotion, and post‑event follow‑up
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools to track event performance and ROI
  • Awareness of industry trends in event experiences, sponsorship activation, and audience engagement techniques
  • Good at taking feedback and interested in career growth
  • Strong attention to detail, deadline adherence and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
About

The Role
  • Manage all logistics surrounding industry trade shows and Interact‑sponsored events
  • Plan and manage all logistics for Interact‑hosted events (UK & EMEA)
  • Work with digital marketing and content creation teams to build pre‑ and post‑show communications
  • Recommend venues, activities, giveaways and more to elevate the Interact presence at events
  • Manage sponsor ships and liaise with conference representatives to maximize exposure
  • Work with external agencies as necessary to build booth materials, swag, etc.
  • Support with administrative tasks including adding campaigns and uploading data to Salesforce, creating webinars and managing back‑end settings of virtual events, building event emails in Hub Spot.
  • Measure and communicate success post‑event
