Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of Brand Marketing to define and lead the brand vision for a fast-growing, global performance and lifestyle apparel brand
. This role owns how the brand is positioned, experienced, and culturally relevant across international markets.

You will shape brand strategy, campaigns, social presence, community, and partnerships—ensuring the brand builds a deep emotional connection while scaling consistently across regions.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Expansion

  • Own and evolve global brand positioning with room for local cultural relevance.
  • Build long-term brand equity and ensure a premium, aspirational perception.
  • Define brand voice, identity, and creative standards across markets.

Campaigns & Creative Direction

  • Lead integrated brand campaigns that drive awareness, affinity, and loyalty.
  • Set the creative bar and storytelling direction across all brand initiatives.
  • Translate cultural insight and business goals into high-impact creative briefs.

Social & Content

  • Build content systems that drive engagement, relevance, and organic growth.
  • Use data and insight to refine storytelling and formats continuously.

Community, Events & Partnerships

  • Build a strong brand community that feels like a movement.
  • Lead events, experiences, and cultural activations.
  • Own influencer and partnership strategy across key markets.

Brand Investment & Measurement

  • Own brand marketing budgets and optimize long-term impact.
  • Track brand health, campaign effectiveness, and cultural relevance.
About You
  • 10-15 years of experience in brand marketing or brand leadership roles.
  • Background in fashion, fitness performance, lifestyle, or culture-led consumer brands.
  • Proven experience scaling brands across multiple international markets.
  • Deep cultural and social media fluency (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube).
  • Strong creative judgment, taste, and ownership mentality.
  • Community-first mindset with a focus on loyalty and emotional connection.
