We’re looking for a creative Communication and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing compelling content strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple channels. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, design, and event teams to craft high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

The Communication and Marketing Executive role will involve:

  • Owning and managing the company’s social media channels.
  • Creating engaging content for all digital channels and working with the wider marketing teams (email campaigns, events, print).
  • Drafting and proofreading blogs, press releases, articles and social content.
  • Working with an in‑house graphic designer to create graphics for social media, email and other digital channels.
  • Developing a broader communication (social media, email, website) calendar alongside the marketing team.
  • Reporting on the performance of all campaigns (social media, email).
  • Keeping up to date with emerging trends and new technologies in marketing to increase efficiencies.
Knowledge & Skills
  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role.
  • Hands‑on experience owning and managing social media (Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, etc.) and email (Hub Spot) platforms.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in data‑driven decision making.
  • Good communication skills and comfort collaborating with internal teams.
  • A background in B2B and B2C marketing – education industry desirable but not essential.
  • A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience with analytics tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • A great teammate who supports colleagues and doesn’t act as an individual.
