Marketing ManagerA fast-growing fashion‑led lifestyle brand based in Manchester is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute its marketing strategy across brand, digital and campaign activity. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketer with a strong fashion background to play a key role in shaping brand growth and visibility.
Key Responsibilities- Brand & Campaign Management
- Develop and deliver seasonal and always‑on marketing campaigns aligned with the brand calendar and commercial objectives.
- Own brand storytelling across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency of tone, visual identity and messaging.
- Collaborate with Creative, PR and Content teams to deliver high‑impact launches and brand moments.
- Digital & Performance Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing activity across paid social, email, website and content platforms.
- Work closely with performance and e‑commerce teams to optimise campaigns, customer acquisition and conversion.
- Analyse campaign performance and use insights to continuously refine strategy.
- Social, Influencer & Partnerships
- Support social media and influencer strategies to build community, reach and brand relevance.
- Identify and manage brand partnerships and collaborations aligned with the brand’s lifestyle positioning.
- Budget & Agency Management
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI across campaigns and channels.
- Brief and manage external agencies, freelancers and creative partners where required.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, E‑commerce and Product teams to align marketing activity with product drops and commercial priorities.
- Support PR initiatives and press activity in collaboration with internal or external PR teams.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive within a fashion or lifestyle brand
. - Strong understanding of brand marketing within a fashion‑led, consumer‑focused environment.
- Commercially minded with experience supporting growth across DTC and digital channels.
- Confident managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Data‑driven, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and apply insights.
- Collaborative, proactive and hands‑on, with strong communication skills.
- Based in or able to commute to Manchester.
