THG Nutrition, home to Myprotein and other leading wellbeing and nutrition brands, seeks a PR Manager to craft impactful global campaigns and support brand strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead brand PR strategies, integrating with larger marketing plans and aligning with short‑ and long‑term goals.
  • Partner with brand teams and wider marketing to create comprehensive annual PR strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, representing PR at key meetings.
  • Oversee media relations, proactively pitching stories, securing coverage, and growing brand awareness.
  • Manage and inspire a team, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships with senior brand leaders.
  • Plan and execute virtual and experiential events, including press and launch events, press mailers and sample sends.
  • Create and implement press-worthy media campaigns with measurable results and creative angles.
  • Produce press releases, media pitches, messaging documents and award submissions.
  • Maintain relationships with key national and industry publications, broadcast media and other channels.
  • Lead crisis PR situations, managing reputation and mitigating negative coverage.
  • Track and analyse PR performance, competitor activity and campaign results using platforms such as Roxhill, SEO Clarity and Pulsar.
  • Manage campaign calendars, budgets and planning to ensure effective execution.
  • Conduct regular 1‑1s, quarterly reviews and daily workflow management for direct reports.
  • Provide reporting on PR activity, deliver internal presentations and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Stay informed on trends within the nutrition and wellness industry.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, storytelling and writing skills in English with strong attention to detail.
  • Effectively manage stakeholders at all levels globally.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in PR or communications.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and delivering results.
  • Strong consumer PR experience, including project and event management.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute successful PR and marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing budgets, projects, timelines and schedules.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK press and senior-level media relationships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strategic planning capability.
  • Understanding of SEO strategies and their application to PR campaigns.
