Role Summary
As an Account Manager in our Client Leadership team, you will:
- Be accountable for the day‑to‑day running of client business, using high levels of initiative to execute strategies and ensure accuracy and punctuality of billing and other administrative tasks.
- Take and distil client briefs, working with the Account Director and Brand Director to develop effective strategies, applying media channel knowledge to plans aligned with client KPIs.
- Show strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, and thorough media knowledge across both on‑ and offline channels.
- Have a working knowledge of core industry tools and platforms, such as Nielsen, TGI, and Google Analytics.
- Oversee and contribute to the development of the junior team; key responsibility is day‑to‑day coaching.
- Obsession with driving client performance, becoming a true extension of their team.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in client services, media planning, or investment roles.
- Ability to analyse client sales and consumer data impressively and grasp the dynamics of the client’s marketing environment.
- Enthusiasm and passion for media and advertising.
- Effective verbal communication with team members, other departments, creative agencies and directors.
- Summarise complex datasets to deliver clear recommendations and points of view to internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness and keenness to learn and develop, becoming expert in proprietary and industry tools and processes.
- Deep understanding of media channels and the media planning process.
- Understanding of media effectiveness and how to deliver measurable results.
