Marketing Brand Manager – Premium Menswear

Our client, a rapidly expanding premium menswear brand establishing its new Manchester city centre headquarters, is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join their dynamic and ambitious team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven experience in the fashion industry—ideally within premium or luxury menswear—who is passionate about brand storytelling, customer experience, and high‑end product presentation.

About the Role

As Brand Manager, you will be the guardian of the brand’s identity, ensuring consistent, high‑quality messaging and customer experience across all touchpoints. You’ll combine creative vision with strong commercial focus, shaping the brand strategy while driving growth through innovative marketing, events, partnerships, and retail initiatives.

You’ll also support wholesale collaborations with leading premium retailers including Selfridges, END, and Harvey Nichols, alongside managing UK‑wide brand events and influencer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and articulate the brand’s positioning, mission, and USP for the high‑end menswear market.
  • Conduct market and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities and maintain brand relevance.
  • Translate strategy into clear, actionable business and go‑to‑market plans.
  • Lead end‑to‑end marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in‑store channels.
  • Oversee creation of all brand assets—advertising, packaging, press material, website and social content.
  • Manage PR agencies and influencer partnerships to enhance visibility and desirability.
  • Organise and execute premium events including pop‑up shops, product launches & fashion‑led experiences.
  • Partner with product, sales, operations, and design teams to ensure consistency in brand execution.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyse sales and campaign performance, and report insights to drive decision‑making.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring timely delivery of projects within financial targets.
  • Provide input on product development to ensure alignment with premium consumer expectations.
  • Support retail and wholesale teams to deliver standout in‑store experiences, visual merchandising, and customer service standards.
