Reporting to the Account Director, this Senior Account Executive level role supports the AV team in the day‑to‑day running of client campaigns. It requires an understanding of the TV market, TV and VOD buying, planning, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. You will lead planning on smaller clients/campaigns and serve as a trainer for senior and associate account executives.

• Deliver TV and VOD campaigns with consistent excellence
• Prepare and send weekly TV spot times to clients with minimal support
• Apply best‑practice buying approaches across all accounts (OneAV, OMA, OMS)
• Maintain buying administration accuracy – reconcile numbers, ensure auditing accuracy
• Ensure accurate spends in TVP/DM & Core M
• Plan spot costs for smaller campaigns
• Handle day‑to‑day client requests confidently
• Coordinate with Planning Department for brief responses
• Prepare competitive analysis reports and client PCAs
• Adhere to financial procedures and SOx compliance
• Complete audit trackers and flag replans to meet PRFs
• Support training and development of Senior and Associate Account Executives
• Serve as Sales house implementation coordinator for the AV Team

• Promote a positive working culture at WPP Media

• Adapt to evolving AV market processes (OneAV, OMA, OMS)
• Build trust with manager, peers, and stakeholders
• Maintain strong relationships with contractors
