as a Digital Marketing Manager

Duties- Craft and implement result-focused digital marketing strategies that accelerate web traffic, increase conversions, and optimise average order value.
- Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies across various channels, including paid social media, Klaviyo email marketing, SEO, and PPC, to boost brand visibility and drive sales.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximise ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling and visually stunning content that aligns with our brand identity.
- Manage and engage with our online community, building authentic connections with our loyal customers.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and identify emerging opportunities to keep the brand at the forefront of the fashion world.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- A true passion for fashion and a keen eye for spotting industry trends that resonate with our audience
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional leadership and communication skills,
- inspiring and guiding the team towards excellence
- Deep technical knowledge of SEO, social media, Klaviyo email marketing, and other digital tools to optimise performance
- Excellent communication skills to convey our brand message and engage with our audience effectively.
- A creative flair and the ability to think outside the box, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
