The Senior Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the end‑to‑end brand marketing strategy for the Hale Country Club & Spa and King Street Townhouse Hotel.
Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership to shape and drive the long‑term brand vision for each luxury property within the THG Experience portfolio.
- Lead a small team in delivering brand strategy from ideation to execution, developing cohesive and elevated brand identities, storytelling and creative direction.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand equity, increase awareness and support commercial goals including customer acquisition, guest retention and revenue growth.
- Oversee multi‑channel brand programmes, establishing strategy, forecasts, budgets and measurement frameworks to ensure strong performance across all touchpoints.
- Own the delivery of marketing and brand projects from start to finish – leading cross‑functional collaboration, managing stakeholder communication and leveraging internal teams.
- Review and support the creation of luxury‑standard content across all mediums, providing hands‑on creative input and brand guardianship.
- Partner with commercial, operations, guest experience and digital teams to understand target audiences, emerging market trends and the competitive landscape – ensuring brand activity is insight‑led.
- Direct the development and execution of compelling multi‑channel campaigns, including digital, social, email, partnerships, print, brand collaborations and video.
- Generate innovative brand strategies and initiatives to elevate portfolio visibility and attract high‑value guests to each property.
- Lead annual and monthly planning cycles, ensuring alignment and cross‑department collaboration with the Sales team and timely project delivery. Analyse marketing performance and provide data‑driven recommendations to enhance ROI.
- Monitor key brand and marketing metrics, delivering regular reports and actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of luxury hospitality trends, industry developments and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage and drive continual brand innovation.
- Continuously review and optimise workflows, processes and team operations to increase efficiency and elevate creative output.
- Ensure all brand communications across touchpoints are aligned, consistent, on‑brand and grounded in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insight.
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end‑to‑end customer experience across multiple channels and client touch points.
