Production Operative Machine Operator Irlam £13.21 per hour Temp to Perm

Production Operative / Machine Operator required in Irlam for a modern manufacturing facility offering long-term permanent opportunities.

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative with machine operating experience to join a clean, high-tech manufacturing site in Irlam. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with consistent Monday to Friday shifts and excellent overtime rates.

Role:
Production Operative / Machine Operator

• Operating production and manufacturing machinery

• Setting and monitoring machines to ensure quality output

• Checking finished products to meet quality standards

• Following health and safety procedures at all times

• General factory and production duties as required

• Working as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Working Hours (Rotating Shifts)

Monday to Friday
Weekly rotation:

• 6:00am 2:00pm

• 2:00pm 10:00pm

No weekends required. Overtime available.

Pay & Benefits

• £13.21 per hour (dependent on experience)

• Overtime paid at £18.00 per hour

Candidate Requirements

• Previous production operative or machine operator experience preferred

• Manufacturing or factory experience advantageous

• Reliable with excellent attendance

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Able to provide work references
