£39,000 Basic

Mon-Fri 40-45 hours Join our client’s team as a Welder (MIG & TIG) in Trafford Park, Manchester, and take your career to the next level. Your role as a Welder (MIG & TIG):

Weld products from alloy, mild steel, and stainless steel with precision
Measure, cut, and finish welded works to high standards
Maintain your tools and workstations to ensure safety and efficiency
Keep the work area clean, organised, and free from fire hazards
Support and train other team members when required
Use hand tools such as grinders, circular saws, and band saws
Work independently to meet deadlines and quality standards
Comply with health and safety regulations, quality control, and company policies
Carry out additional tasks assigned by management to support operations

Candidate requirements for a Welder (MIG & TIG):

At least 2 years of welding experience (preferred)
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
Possession of own tools and equipment
Commitment to health, safety, and employee well-being
Excellent attention to detail and dedication to quality craftsmanship
