We have a vacancy for a Manufacturing Operator working 12-hour shifts following a 4-on/6-off shift pattern. Within the role you will be responsible for an area of the converting operation where you will form part of a team for that converting line. The team work together to create the final product accordingly to performance KPI's while always operating in a safe manner and ensuring quality of the highest standard.

• Operate the machinery in your assigned area, executing all operational tasks with excellence and adhering to documented procedures.
• Keep your area clean and well organized.
• Take accountability for quality checks in your responsible area and follow internal processes to ensure all product test criteria are met.
• Record tasks completed in the daily management system and perform scheduled maintenance activities as directed by the team leader.

• Previous experience in a similar FMCG environment.
• Proactive use of health & safety practices in day-to-day work.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills to identify root causes.
• Effective communication and attention to detail to ensure accuracy of work.
