Car Paint Sprayer Finisher

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Vehicle Spray Painter to join our team at our workshop in Monsall Manchester. Your main role will be to prepare and spray vehicles to a high standard, ensuring excellent paint finishes that meet manufacturer and customer expectations. This is a paid position and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work and takes pride in high‑quality workmanship.

• Prepare vehicle panels for painting (sanding, masking, priming)
• Mix and match paint colours accurately
• Spray paint vehicles and panels using spray guns and equipment
• Repair paintwork damage, including scratches, dents, and corrosion
• Ensure smooth, high‑quality finishes that meet dealership standards
• Carry out polishing and finishing work when required
• Maintain spray booths, tools, and equipment
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including PPE use
• Keep accurate records of work completed
• Work closely with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow

• Previous experience as a vehicle spray painter or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of paint systems, materials, and spraying techniques
• Ability to use spray guns, compressors, and preparation tools
• Good colour‑matching skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high‑quality standards
• Automotive qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) are beneficial but not essential
