Day in, day out.

• Operating within a variety of complex processes and/or equipment.

• Use different skills like mechanical changeovers and machine setup.

• Look at data to solve problems and take action.

• Work across lines or areas.

• Maintaining the high standards of food safety, hygiene, health and safety and housekeeping.

Bring your experience!

• Have experience working in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics , or the food industry.

• Have an understanding of good manufacturing practice and safety at work procedures.

• Will show a willingness to work in a team environment and own a positive attitude to change.

• Stay flexible and work well in a fast-paced environment.

• An understanding of HACCP systems.

Assessments – Swift Comprehensive Aptitude assessment along with a Workplace English assessment. These should take around 45– 60 minutes to complete.

Interview – 45-60 minute competency-based interview based on our company values and your experience.

If you are an internal candidate - depending on your current role, you may not be required to complete the assessment.
