Production Operative (Machine Operating)
Location: Irlam
Pay Rate: £13 to £14 per hour (dependent on experience)
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative with some machine operating experience to join a modern manufacturing facility based in Irlam. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role within a clean, hi-tech environment with brand-new equipment.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday

• Rotating shifts:

  • 6:00am to 2:00pm

  • 2:00pm to 10:00pm

• Shifts rotate weekly

The Role:

• Operating production and manufacturing machinery

• Monitoring machine performance and quality output

• Following health and safety procedures at all times

• General production and factory duties as required

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous machine operating or production experience preferred, but not essential

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential

• Reliable with an excellent attendance and work record

• Able to provide work references

• Keen to learn and develop within a modern manufacturing environment
