We’re looking for an experienced Spec Writer to join our Technical team and help us keep our standards sky-high as we continue to scale. If you’re the kind of person who loves accuracy, thrives on organisation, and gets a kick out of making things right first time, you’ll fit right in.

• Owning retailer specs across major UK supermarkets (Top 5 + discounters)
• Making sure every ingredient, allergen, nutritional and claim is spot on
• Working hand-in-hand with NPD, Quality & Supply Chain from idea to launch
• Supporting artwork approvals and product sign-off
• Keeping us compliant, consistent and deliciously detail-driven

• Solid experience writing or managing retailer product specs
• A sharp eye for detail and a love of tidy, accurate data
• Working knowledge of allergens, labelling rules & technical terminology
• Confident communication and a knack for juggling tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for food and being part of a tight-knit team
