A global chemical manufacturing company operating a high-capacity facility in Manchester. The plant comprises eight batch reactor systems, raw material and product tank farms, product packaging, and support services including Quality Control and Product Development. Operating 24/7, the facility produces over 150 chemical products, shipped worldwide in bulk or packaged formats, with an annual output of approximately 24,000 MT.

• Maintain and update P&IDs, procedures, and documentation associated with previously implemented Management of Change (MoC) processes
• Support projects aimed at improving the labelling and identification of site equipment and pipework
• Work collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure smooth operation of the plant
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering or a closely related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the chemical industry
• Strong understanding of P&, process operations, and MoC procedures
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment
