Food Production Operator

£25099.20 - £30119.04 per annum + permanent job, salary increase

Kinetic Industrial are proud to be supporting a leading food manufacturing company based in Stretford, in their search for Production Operators to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer known for producing high-quality bakery ingredients. This is a full-time, PERMANENT role, working Monday to Friday on a rotating 3-shift system.

Shifts:

* Mon to Thurs: 6am to 2pm / Fri: 6am to 12pm
* Mon to Thurs: 2pm to 10pm / Fri: 12pm to 6pm
* Mon to Thurs: 10pm to 6am / Fri 6pm to 12am

• Operate plant machinery to produce to the required quality and quantity standards
• Pack finished products
• Maintain compliance with site hygiene, Health & Safety, and GMP requirements
• Follow internal and external specifications within a HACCP framework
• Complete relevant documentation and production records accurately
• Work as part of a multi-disciplined team to achieve production targets
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the department
• Assist in training and development of team members
• Work flexibly across multiple lines as required

• Previous experience working in a food production or manufacturing environment
• Good understanding of product safety principles and HACCP
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Literacy and numeracy skills
• Commitment to Health & Safety and maintaining high standards
• Flexibility to work across all three shifts

• Permanent position
• £25099.20 per annum, with 3 shift allowance at 20%, so STARTING salary of £30,119.04
• Full-time - 39 hours per week
• Rotating 3-shift system
