We are working with a well‑established and expanding manufacturer seeking skilled Maintenance Engineers to support a modern, high‑volume FMCG production site in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long‑term role within a business investing heavily in people, technology, and future growth.

Working within a fast‑paced FMCG environment, you'll be responsible for a balanced split of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance, ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

• Carrying out pre‑planned maintenance on automated manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Responding to breakdowns and carrying out effective fault‑finding in a time‑critical environment
• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Working closely with production teams to maintain output and quality standards

This role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, rotating Days and Nights, offering a structured rota and competitive earnings.

• Experienced Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical or Multi‑Skilled)
• Previous experience within FMCG, manufacturing, or automated production environments
• Strong fault‑finding skills with a proactive approach to maintenance
• Reliable, flexible, and motivated to progress within a growing organisation

• £45,000 - £50,000 salary (dependent on experience)
