Overview
The SEN Team Lead will oversee and coordinate group-based sessions for children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will lead and support a team of SEN Support Staff, ensuring high quality delivery of activities that promote independence, social interaction, and fine and gross motor skill development. This role combines leadership, mentoring, and hands-on support to ensure every child receives the best possible experience.
Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate group-based sessions for children and young people with SEN.
- Lead and support a team of SEN Support Staff to ensure high quality delivery of activities that promote independence, social interaction, and the development of fine and gross motor and gross motor skills.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and hands-on support to ensure every child receives the best possible experience.
- Work weekends and school holidays as required.
