The Role:

We are seeking a Head of Commercial to join the business in a highly pivotal role. This is a strategic sales-focused position within a 4PL environment, offering significant scope to progress into a directorship role . You will lead the commercial strategy, driving revenue growth while building and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive New Business Revenue and identify growth opportunities across existing and new markets. Manage Key Accounts , maximizing share of wallet and strengthening client relationships. Oversee Pipeline Management , ensuring commercial targets are met and exceeded. Lead Team Development & Training , coaching and mentoring staff to reach their potential. Provide strong Leadership & Management , influencing company strategy and operational delivery.

The Candidate:
Proven experience in strategic sales and commercial leadership , ideally within freight, logistics, or 4PL environments. Strong track record of business development, key account management, and revenue growth . Exceptional leadership and team development skills, capable of motivating and inspiring staff. Commercially astute with the ability to influence stakeholders and shape business strategy. Why Join:
