A fast-paced and growing recruitment business in Manchester is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join the team and make an immediate impact.

This is a heavily sales-focused role, suited to a proven billing manager who can lead from the front, drive revenue, and hit the ground running. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of consultants while actively developing new business and growing key client accounts.

Current sectors include Driving, Industrial, and Hospitality, with openness to candidates from other recruitment backgrounds who bring strong commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, manage, and develop a team of recruitment consultants

* Drive new business development and maximise sales opportunities

* Lead by example through hands-on billing

* Take ownership of branch performance and revenue growth

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* Ensure compliance and best recruitment practice

Requirements

* Proven recruitment management experience (essential)

* Strong sales and business development background

* Experience managing consultants from day one

* Background in driving, industrial, hospitality, or similar fast-paced sectors preferred

* Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
