Up to £50,000 A growing, well-established UK engineering business with a strong reputation for quality and safety is looking for an experienced Repair Manager to support its continued success. This is a key leadership role with real influence and long-term career potential. As Repair Manager, you will take full ownership of repair activity across the lift engineering division. You will ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while keeping customers informed and confident.

The role combines hands-on technical knowledge with strong people leadership and planning skills.
