Managing Director

We are proud to be working in partnership with a specialist professional services firm to help them recruit for a newly created Managing Director for the legal division of the business. Working closely with the Executive Board, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of the business whilst developing and implementing the legal division’s strategy, which will involve expanding its sector coverage.

You will be responsible for enhancing the service line developments and improving operational resilience.

The successful candidate will be a commercially driven legal leader, with a strong growth mindset, professional services experience and have a proven track record of scaling a business. Knowledge of consultancy-led (flexible lawyering) legal experience will be highly advantageous for this role. Candidates are likely to be qualified lawyers and must have proven leadership experience to be successful in this role.

This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a market-leading legal division with significant autonomy and board-level influence.
