Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and delivery of large scale Talent Development Programmes
  • Partner with our Talent Digital Optimisation Specialist to evolve systems, tools, and platforms
  • Build operational excellence and continuous improvement across the business
  • Use data and insight to shape decisions, programme design, and evaluation
  • Translate data into compelling stories that influence stakeholders and demonstrate impact
  • Scaling initiatives without losing quality
  • Navigating complex systems and shifting priorities
  • Maintaining engagement across hybrid and dispersed teams
