A senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to step into an Associate Partner-level role within a growing building consultancy in Manchester. This position offers real influence over project delivery, client relationships and regional growth, making it ideal for someone looking to combine hands‑on project leadership with strategic responsibility.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the Manchester office, supporting business development activity and mentoring project management professionals, while continuing to lead high‑quality client‑side commissions.

• Leading client‑side project management services across complex schemes.
• Acting as a senior point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.
• Overseeing programme, risk and governance on major projects.
• Supporting and mentoring Project Managers and Assistant PMs.
• Contributing to regional growth, repeat business and client development.
• Supporting fee proposals, resourcing and project planning.
• Working closely with senior leadership to shape office strategy.

• Strong experience in project management within a consultancy environment.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage senior client relationships.
• Commercially aware with experience supporting business growth.
• Confident communicator with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Comfortable balancing project delivery with strategic responsibilities.
• Ambitious and motivated to operate at Associate Partner level.
