The league leader in assists:
You’ll be supporting and assisting our Facilities Manager in the day-to-day operational management of all aspects of the property to assure maintenance of approved quality standards. You’ll also assist with the preparation of financial reviews and monthly management reports.

The Facilities Manager’s ally:
It’s always a team effort, as you’ll help our Facilities Manager in overseeing the safety of our employees by ensuring a safe, working, and a well‑maintained workplace. Able to coordinate and prepare maintenance programs relating to interior and exterior conditions of properties, capable of ensuring vendors’ above‑par performance to comply with Task Us’ standards.

• Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, Electronics and Communications Engineering Degree or equivalent
• Three-year experience in Facilities and Building management.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• A++ verbal and written communication. No robots.
• A ridiculously awesome attitude to blend well with the Task Us culture.
• Must be organized, detail oriented and able to translate big picture ideas into client objectives.
