As our contract recruitment operations continue to grow, we’re looking for a capable Recruitment Manager to lead, develop and scale a high performing team.
This is an opportunity to take full ownership of a contract recruitment function, drive commercial performance, and lead a team to consistently deliver profitable growth across new and existing client partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing- Account Development & Revenue Growth: Drive performance through senior level client engagement, contract negotiation and expansion of existing accounts to maintain a consistent workload for the team.
- Strategic Account Management: Lead strategic client relationships, retaining ownership where appropriate while delegating accounts to support team development and growth.
- KPI & Performance Management: Implement, monitor and analyse recruitment KPIs to drive performance and productivity, providing corrective actions where required.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, coach and develop high performing consultants through regular feedback, reviews and structured development plans.
- Contractual & Compliance Oversight: Oversee contractual requirements with a focus on insurance, taxation and risk, while supporting and leading client negotiations.
- Operational
Collaboration:
Work closely with Operations and Finance, supporting key activities including cost of sales analysis, reconciliations and monthly reporting. - Contractor Management
:
Oversee contractor relationships, resolve complex issues and support candidate marketing to attract and retain specialist talent. - Reporting & Administration: Complete monthly bonus calculations, cost of sales analysis and key account reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to senior management.

- Proven Contract Recruitment Leadership
:
Demonstrated experience leading and developing successful teams within a technical contract recruitment environment. - Strong Financial Track Record
:
Consistent history of exceeding GP and profit targets, with strong commercial judgement and investment mindset. - Business Development Expertise: Proven ability to develop new business, negotiate contracts and operate successfully at senior stakeholder level.
- People Management & Coaching
Skills:
Proven capability to coach, motivate and retain high performing consultants, developing future leaders within the business. - Commercial & Operational Acumen: Strong understanding of recruitment economics, cashflow management, credit control and contractual compliance.
- Excellent Communication
Skills:
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills, able to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
