Commercial Finance Manager

You’ll help to lead the commercial finance function for a major division, overseeing a small, high‑performing team
. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to deliver insight that influences decisions and maximizes profitability.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across retail/FMCG channels.
• Provide commercial insight to support pricing, promotions, and margin improvement.
• Manage and develop a small team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, challenging and influencing decisions.

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong commercial finance experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Retail or FMCG experience is highly desirable.

• Salary up to £65,000 + bonus + benefits.
