Are you an Assistant Site Manager interested in joining a leading residential developer on an £80m new build residential & commercial development project in Greater Manchester?
There is an exciting new opportunity to join a well established regional build contractor & developer in the North West to manage a brand new development starting end of Jan 2026. The project comprises a mix of apartment blocks, retail units and hotel with public realm areas. Working closely with a highly experienced Site Manager and Project Manager, you will assist in the daily operations of a busy residential development, ensuring that health and safety procedures are strictly adhered to, ensuring sub-contractors work within the required specification and adhere to company policies and assisting with ensuring the quality meets with the company and warranty expectations.
Experience / Qualifications
Required:
- Previous experience delivering new build residential developments
- Ability to motivate the team and subcontractors
- Traditional experience and some with light weight steel experience
- Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates

Salary & Package on offer:
- Base £42,000 - £44,000
