Are you a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for football and a knack for getting things done?

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Volunteer Team Builders to join us on our mission to grow our global GSN community. This is a pivotal role for influential scouts, coaches or analysts who are ready to promote GSN across their network, helping us to build and support our growing community and our operational framework worldwide.

As a Volunteer GSN Team Builder, you will be instrumental in the growth and development of our community. We are looking for people who will demonstrate determination and a results-driven mindset, focusing on those areas where your skills can have the greatest impact.

Your responsibilities may include, but won't be limited to:

• Community Expansion:
  Identifying and recruiting passionate individuals globally to become part of the GSN community.
• Operational Support:
  Leveraging your skills in areas like project management, IT, research, or recruitment/HR to support GSN's growing infrastructure.
• Business Development:
  Utilising sales and marketing skills to expand our reach and build our client base.
• Integration & Support:
  Actively working to connect and manage our growing network, fostering a supportive environment for all community members.
• Ambassadorship:
  Representing GSN’s values and mission globally, especially regarding the development of the game, including women's football, scouting, and analysis.

We are seeking ambitious candidates with the following essential qualities and experiences:

• Football Knowledge: A demonstrable knowledge and experience of football talent identification and development at all levels.
• Passion for the Game: A genuine passion to develop the game and build a supportive community.

  Proven experience of delivering against targets and a determined attitude to succeed.
