We are now seeking a dynamic, people-centred Village Manager to lead our beautiful Salford Park community in Wantirna, an established village with heart, character and a passionate group of residents and team members.

As Village Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the community. No two days are the same. You’ll lead your team, build meaningful resident relationships, solve problems with confidence, and ensure the village runs safely, smoothly and to a high standard.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, connection and purpose. You’ll be the trusted point of support for residents, the coach your team looks up to, and the driver ensuring Salford Park remains a place people are proud to call home.

• Creating a warm, inclusive and supportive environment for residents and staff
• Building strong relationships with Resident Committees and families
• Ensuring residents feel heard, respected and engaged

• Overseeing the smooth running of the village, facilities and shared spaces
• Coordinating maintenance, contractors and service providers
• Ensuring apartments and amenities are well-presented and maintained

• Managing budgets, reporting and key performance metrics
• Supporting asset renewal, upgrades and improvement projects
• Ensuring compliance with legislative, safety and operational requirements

• Leading, coaching and developing a team
• Creating a high-performance, customer-focused culture
• Embedding Levande’s values and “Everyday Exceptional” approach

We are looking for a leader who enjoys bringing people together, solving problems and creating a community where residents feel supported and safe. You will ideally bring:

• Experience in retirement living, property or asset management, hospitality, facilities management or a service-focused industry
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Comfort working with budgets, systems and compliance requirements
• A calm, resilient and supportive leadership style
• Previous people leadership experience
• Knowledge of the Retirement Villages Act or similar (desirable)

• A meaningful leadership role where you can make a daily impact
