In this pivotal role, you will work closely with partners to manage a diverse client portfolio across various industries. You will oversee the entire audit process, from planning to completion, ensuring high service standards and optimal staffing for each assignment.

• Manage a diverse client portfolio, delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.
• Lead audit engagements, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and develop team members through regular appraisals and training initiatives.
• Support business development efforts, including client presentations and strategies to secure new business.

• ACA/ACCA qualified with significant audit experience from a reputable firm.
• Proven experience in staff management and conducting performance appraisals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive client service approach.
