Your new role As the Housing Team Leader, you will oversee a team of housing professionals, ensuring the effective delivery of tenancy management, resident support, and compliance across the service.

You'll provide day‑to‑day leadership, coach and develop staff, manage performance, and support the continuous improvement of housing operations.

This is a full‑time role offering a salary of £42,000-£43,000 per year.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a team leader or management role within housing, supported housing, or a related sector
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop staff
  • Solid understanding of tenancy management, safeguarding, and housing legislation
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
  • Confidence in managing workloads, making decisions, and driving service quality
  • A proactive, resident‑focused approach with a commitment to delivering high standards
