Basic: £48,000 – £50,000 basic (plus Car allowance circa £7k) Mon-Fri 40 hours per week
We are recruiting for a Facilities Contract Manager to ensure the delivery of all M&E maintenance, FM and soft services within contractual guidelines and to manage effectively the compliance requirements and engineering team. The role is a permanent position paying circa 48k – 50k plus car allowance. Based out of the North west area covering multiple facilities.
Main Duties- Manage all contractual obligations including:
- M&E Maintenance
- Facilities Management (Hard and Soft)
- Statutory compliance
- H&S auditing
- Update asset lists, schedules and instruction sets on the computerized maintenance management system
- Ensure planned labour, scheduled tasks, effective completion of PPM & reactive works both direct & sub-contractors
- Work to agreed quality systems, ensuring preventative and remedial actions are taken where necessary as laid down in the quality manual
- Contribute to the appraisal of staff and suppliers
- Direct client liaison and partnering approach to the operations on each facility
- Ensure Risk Assessments, COSHH records and safe methods of work records are held on each site
- Ensure records are maintained in compliance with local and national legislation
- Ensure the correct staff and efficiency levels are maintained on site
- Exceptional customer relationship skills
- Effective, ongoing and structured management of the contract management team
- Ongoing Health and Safety reviews across contract portfolio
- Accurate reporting to key stakeholders
- Previous experience in the Facilities Management Sector
- Experience of managing multi-site contracts
- Ideally to have a Technical M&E background
- Working knowledge of SFG
20/CAFM/Concept, Excel, IT Skills - Evidence of high quality experience in Building Services along with an understanding of Maintenance
- Excellent client facing and man-management skills
