Credit Hire Manager – This is a strategic leadership role within the pre-litigated credit hire and recoveries team of this leading law firm. The successful candidate will be working directly with Partners and other senior stakeholders. They must have proven leadership experience with an ability to motivate others and drive efficiencies.

The role is hugely varied, but ultimately revolves around encouraging and driving efficiencies and improvement throughout the department and creating the right culture where colleagues can thrive.

Understanding, interpreting and communicating strategy is key. You will play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality service to some of the largest and valued insurance clients of the firm.

Monitoring the quality of operations delivery is critical as well as being able to report back and see where improvements can be made. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone to take a real step up. The opportunities for further development are equally attractive.
