About The Role:

We are looking for Duty Managers to oversee the safe, efficient and high‑quality delivery of cabin cleaning services for a prestigious airline. You will lead frontline teams during your shift, ensure aircraft are cleaned to exceptional standards, and help maintain smooth turnaround performance in a fast‑paced aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage shift‑based delivery of aircraft presentation for the airline.
  • Lead, support and motivate frontline teams to achieve high standards and on‑time performance.
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks meet operational requirements, service teaspoon such, levels and safety standards.
  • Work closely with Virgin Atlantic-inline operations, crew and turnaround teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Conduct quality checks, support audits and take action to address any performance gaps.

    Support rostering, resource allocation and real‑time operational decision‑making.
  • Maintain Health & Safety compliance and promote a safe working culture.
  • Provide clear handovers and ensure consistent communication between shifts.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in aviation, facilities management, soft services or other fast‑paced operational roles.
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct frontline teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Highly organised, calm under pressure and confident making quick decisions.
  • Committed to delivering quality, safety and exceptional service.
  • Aligned with OCS’s TRUE values
  • Undergo vetting to CAA standards and security clearance, must have right to work in the UK.
