A colourful, culture-led lifestyle brand with a strong presence across social platforms, product drops and experiential campaigns is looking for a Studio Manager to keep creative production running smoothly, fast and to a seriously high standard. This is the person who makes sure ideas don't get stuck, deadlines aren't missed and the studio can keep up with a brand that never really slows down.
The ideal Studio Manager loves organised chaos, thrives in energy-filled environments and gets a kick out of making things run better every week. Think fast launches, constant content, bold ideas and a business where creative actually matters.
What You'll Be Doing:Running the Engine
- Build clear workflows so everyone knows what's happening and when
- Turn messy briefs into clear direction and production plans
- Keep the whole content pipeline visible and moving - no surprises, no scramble
- Balance fast-turn social with bigger campaign drops and BAU activity
- Make sure nothing slips or duplicates, even when priorities change hourly
Owning the Plan
- Run the studio calendar and production schedule
- Keep stakeholders in the loop and confident in delivery
- Prioritise based on impact, demand and deadlines
- Protect creative time so the work stays high quality, not just fast
Quality Control without the Drama
- Set briefing standards that actually work
- Check assets before they go out - social, paid, campaign, retail, 3D
- Reduce rounds of feedback by making alignment happen up front
Supporting the Team
- Manage creatives across design, video and 3D
- Assign work based on skill, workload and urgency
- Spot capability gaps and get ahead of them
- Be the go-to link between creative and the wider business
- 5+ years in studio ops, production management or creative operations
- Experience running a busy studio or content engine
- Strong workflow, planning and organisational skills
- Confident communicator who keeps everyone aligned (creatives + leadership)
- Proven experience fixing broken or unclear processes
- Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or ecommerce
- Exposure to fast content cycles and campaign launches
- Working knowledge of multidisciplinary creative teams
