Repairs Team Leader - Housing Association - About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently representing a Housing Association in Greater Manchester to recruit a Repairs Team Leader on an interim basis. This role is for an initial 6 week contract and offers £26 - £29 per hour via Umbrella.

Repairs Team Leader - Housing Association - About The Role:

• Customer Service Excellence - Deliver the Customer Service Charter by providing high-quality reception, telephone, and first-point-of-contact services, ensuring enquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally.
• People & Line Management - Directly manage Customer Services staff through effective recruitment, induction, performance management, development, and motivation, acting as a role model aligned with the association's values.
• Repairs & Maintenance Coordination - Lead the Responsive Maintenance Service by managing repair reporting, contractor instruction, out-of-hours liaison, service cover, and budget monitoring to ensure timely and satisfactory repairs.
• Performance & Quality Management - Monitor, report, and improve performance across customer services and repairs, acting as the first escalation point and driving continuous service improvement based on data and feedback.
• Waiting List & Lettings Administration - Manage housing applications and the waiting list in line with policy, ensuring balanced allocations, timely lettings, accurate records, and a fair, efficient process.

Repairs Team Leader - Housing Association - What You Need:

• Experience leading a repairs admin team
• UK valid drivers license
• Social Housing experience
