The RoleAs our Lead Project Manager, you’ll be both a hands‑on delivery expert and an inspiring team leader. You’ll oversee a portfolio of projects, coach and develop the Project Delivery Team, and ensure high‑quality results that align with our organisational goals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on collaboration, integrity, and making a real impact.
What you will do- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Project Managers and Coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned with governance and compliance standards.
- Act as the escalation point for risks and issues, providing clear and solution‑focused updates to senior leadership.
- Manage resources and budgets responsibly, with accountability for commercial performance across projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Drive adoption of best practices, frameworks, and processes to enhance delivery consistency and efficiency.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower others.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management experience.
- A track record of managing complex, cross‑functional projects in a commercial environment.
- Financial acumen with a responsible, transparent approach.
- A collaborative, empathetic, and integrity‑driven style.
