Warehouse Supervisor
Kinaxia Logistics & Fulfilment are recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team at their Manchester site. The role will support the Warehouse Manager across all aspects of warehouse management, including facility, customer satisfaction, cost control, health and safety, and compliance.
Position: Full‑time, 40 hours per week
Rate: £13.05 per hour

- Ensure a minimum amount of man hours are used to process warehouse tasks while maintaining department and customer agreed service levels;
- Control and prioritise the workload day‑to‑day, ensuring deadlines and targets are met to specific standards;
- Manage staffing levels to ensure sufficient resources for day‑to‑day operations;
- Ensure staff adhere to agreed procedures and hold relevant training and certificates for health & safety compliance;
- Organise and control daily staff activities to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity, maintaining paperwork and investigating discrepancies;
- Manage staff professionally, creating a culture of continuous improvement;
- Communicate professionally with relevant departments, providing accurate and timely information;
- Review warehouse procedures regularly and proactively improve working practices;
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping to sustain a clean, tidy workplace and comply with customer requirements;
- Ensure all documentation related to movement and storage of goods is processed and recorded promptly;
- Assist other departments when necessary to support smooth business operation.
- Knowledge of warehouse health & safety procedures;
- Experience with stock management software;
- FLT licence;
