The RoleAs a Sales Manager, you’ll lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, driving performance, coaching for development, and ensuring strong customer outcomes and business growth.
Day-to-day Responsibilities- Managing, inspiring and motivating your sales team to hit and exceed KPIs.
- Identifying training needs, delivering coaching sessions and supporting the personal and professional development of your team.
- Collaborating with other management and departments to create a high‑performing, values‑driven sales culture.
- Ensuring that every decision is taken with integrity and that customers remain at the heart of our sales process.
- Working hands‑on as needed, balancing strategic leadership with active participation in the sales process and ensuring your team has the tools, support and environment they need to succeed.
- Proven sales management experience ideally 18 months+ in a high‑activity sales environment.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales management, managing teams of high‑activity, consultative sales professionals.
- A hands‑on approach to coaching and development, strong commercial mindset, and a track record of delivering results.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, a positive and resilient attitude, and the ability to build a motivating, performance‑driven environment.
