Your RoleAs a Senior Change Consultant in Programme & Change Acceleration (P&CA), you will support the delivery of complex client business transformation and change management initiatives across a variety of sectors, initially focusing on Consumer Products and Retail.
Key Responsibilities- Lead execution of client delivery work streams, mentor and coach junior team members.
- Implement change‑management methodologies, tools, and processes to drive P&CA thought leadership.
- Apply a fact‑based approach to shape and solve problems for clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the development of P&CA offerings.
- Contribute to internal training pathways and practice development.
- Drive the development of proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches, and client hosting events.
- Support learning and development initiatives, including training and certifications.
- Proven track record of delivering successful change‑management initiatives in Consumer Products and Retail.
- Expertise in designing and executing change‑management strategies, tailored communications, training facilitation, and KPI tracking.
- Experience managing work streams or small projects and delegating work.
- Knowledge of multiple change‑management methodologies.
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in coaching and developing people.
- Qualifications such as PROSCI Change Practitioner, APMG Change, or equivalent.
- Experience delivering outsourcing programmes and employee transition strategies.
- Ability to succeed in a matrixed organisation and secure support across peers.
- Current experience in a major consulting firm or industry with a consulting background.
- Experience in proposition building and delivery.
