Branch Manager

About This Role

Are you an experienced Branch Manager or an aspiring operations leader ready to take ownership of a busy rental site? As a Branch Manager you will lead your branch to deliver excellent service while supporting customers with smarter asset solutions. You will oversee revenue performance, fleet utilisation, compliance and the day to day running of a successful operation.

• Run the branch with a focus on customer relationships, operational standards and commercial performance.
• Guide your team to achieve strong results while keeping people safe.
• Work closely with our sales and support teams to deliver a professional and reliable hire experience.

• Confident leading a small team and supporting their development.
• Comfortable in a customer facing role with an interest in building long lasting partnerships.
• Able to manage processes, prioritise workloads and maintain accurate administration.
• Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
• Experience in rental, transport, automotive or commercial vehicles is helpful but not essential.
