) – Fully Office Based

As General Manager for Myprotein Western Europe you will lead strategic growth and performance across key European markets, delivering profitability and brand development.

• Own the P&L and deliver sustainable growth across DACH, France & Benelux, driving revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive annual business and marketing strategy that delivers brand and commercial objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including trading and marketing to deliver best‑in‑class customer experience and brand consistency.
• Drive commercial performance, leveraging data insights to inform decisions on pricing, promotions, and product strategy.
• Collaborate closely with key departments (supply chain, logistics, finance, compliance) to ensure efficient market operations.
• Oversee marketing strategy across paid & organic channels, CRM, influencer activity, and brand campaigns to drive acquisition and retention.
• Develop market‑specific influencer strategies, ensuring partnerships, content, and creator activity support brand awareness and commercial performance.
• Build strong regional partnerships and maintain deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour.
• Foster a high‑performance culture, providing leadership, mentorship, and professional development to team members across the region.

• 5+ years’ experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, or general management, ideally within consumer brand or FMCG environment.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing cross‑functional teams.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering profitable growth across multiple markets.
• Deep understanding of e‑commerce & digital marketing landscapes across Western EU.
• Strong commercial and analytical acumen, translating data into actionable insight.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a high‑growth, fast‑paced business.
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
• Fluent in English; additional language (Dutch, German, French) highly desirable.
