Maintenance Person – Olea Care Group

• Maintain the premises and grounds to a high standard of safety and cleanliness.
• Perform regular inspections, carry out repairs, and coordinate with engineers or service agents when necessary.
• Conduct basic fire, electrical and appliance checks.
• Report faults promptly and ensure they are actioned.
• Keep the grounds tidy and undertake general redecoration work.
• Build and sustain good relationships with residents, colleagues and contractors.
• Work effectively under pressure, using initiative to solve problems.
• Act as a team player who takes pride in keeping a safe, comfortable environment for residentsนะ staff and guests.

• Experience in building maintenance, with at least 3 years in a care‑home setting.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Experience with DIY and decorating work.
• Caring and compassionatevv attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to residents’ needs.
• A Health & Safety or Maintenance qualification is desirable.
